Declarations & Terms
1. I clearly understand and accept all the terms and conditions of my employment with the Company.
2. I confirm that I am accepting these terms willingly and without any pressure or force from anyone.
3. I understand that my first month’s salary will be held by the Company as per policy.
4. I understand that the held salary will be released only if I resign properly, by giving one month’s prior notice, completing a clean handover, and following all Company rules.
5. I understand that if I am terminated due to my mistake, misconduct, negligence, poor performance, or violation of Company rules, the held salary will not be released.
6. If I want to leave the job, I must inform the management at least one month in advance.
7. I understand that I cannot leave this job before completing one full year, and I accept that this is an important condition of employment.
8. I agree to report on time daily and maintain punctuality.
9. I understand that I am not allowed to leave early before duty hours are completed without prior permission from management.
10. I understand that the weekly off is Sunday only, and I am satisfied with Sunday as the only weekly off.
11. I understand that any leave taken other than Sunday will result in salary deduction as per Company policy.
12. I understand that salary is calculated on a 26 working days basis (as applicable).
13. I understand that my salary may be paid in cash or in my bank account, as decided by management.
14. I understand that if any loss, damage, or financial harm occurs due to my actions, carelessness, negligence, or misconduct at the workplace, I will be fully responsible to compensate the Company as per policy and applicable law.
15. For example, if any item, machine, office property, or Company asset is damaged due to me, I will pay the required repair or replacement cost. I cannot refuse responsibility by saying the item was old or already used.
16. I understand that in such cases, replacement cost or full value may be recovered from me as decided by management after due verification.
17. I understand that paid leave is not available in this job unless required by applicable law or written Company policy.
18. I understand that even in emergency situations (even after informing 1–2 days in advance), leave may still be treated as unpaid and salary may be deducted as per policy.
19. I understand that if work is affected due to events beyond Company control (such as bandh/strike, curfew, public emergency, pandemic, heavy rain, government orders, riots, flood, or any uncontrollable situation), then salary for that affected day(s) may not be paid as per policy and applicable law.
20. I understand that Sunday is my weekly off, however, if management calls me for training or urgent work for a few hours, I will cooperate and I will not refuse without valid reason.
21. I understand my duty timings are as follows: Winter: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM | Summer: 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
22. I understand that my job duties, role, designation, responsibilities, tasks, and Company rules may be changed by management as per business requirements.
23. I understand that for business growth, I may be asked to support business/marketing work, including social media promotions, advertisements, awareness campaigns, photos, reels/videos, and related work. I agree that I will not refuse such work when assigned.
24. I understand that during working hours, if management requires, I must keep my personal mobile phone switched off/silent and follow workplace discipline instructions.
25. I understand that salary increments are completely at management’s discretion and are not guaranteed. I will not treat increments as an entitlement.
26. I understand that incentives are also completely at management’s discretion, and I cannot demand incentives as a right.
27. I understand that I should not make personal plans (leaves, travel, commitments, schedule changes) without discussing and obtaining prior approval from management while I am employed.
28. Confidentiality & Data Protection: I agree to keep confidential all Company information including client/student data, leads, pricing, fees, internal records, marketing plans, vendor details, internal processes, and login credentials.
29. I will not copy, forward, store, or share Company data on personal devices, personal email, or WhatsApp/groups without written permission from management.
30. I understand that confidentiality obligations continue even after leaving the Company.
31. I understand that while working with the Company, I cannot do any other job anywhere (including part-time), especially in the same or similar sector. It is strictly not allowed.
I have read and clearly understood all the above declarations, terms, and conditions.
